House rules

1. Respect for Neighbors

Please be considerate ofour neighbors. Keepnoiselevels down, especially during the evening and early morning hours. This includes avoiding loud music, parties, or any other disturbances.

2. No Pets Allowed

We kindly ask that no petsarebroughtintothevilla. This helps us maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

3. No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is not allowed insidethe villa. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

4. Villa Belongings

Please do not take any of the villa'sbelongingshomewith you. This ensures that all items are available for future guests to enjoy.

5. The use of the swimming pool

- No diving
- Take a shower before the use of the pool, Especially if you come back from the sea to avoid grow of algae.

6. Rubbish Disposal

A big communal bin can be found on Calle Azalea, which is on the right-hand side if you walk out of our street, Calle Amapola. In Spain, rubbish is not collected from the property, so if the bin at the villa is full, please take your rubbish to the communal bin on Calle Azalea.
